Service Agreement & Regulatory Guidelines

Terms & Conditions

Official terms governing the use of the MedAxis Global Consultancy website and our MBBS in abroad counselling and admission facilitation services.

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services

Welcome to MedAxis Global Consultancy ("MedAxis", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (medaxisglobalconsultancy.com), booking a counselling session, or enrolling in our overseas medical education advisory services, you ("Student", "Applicant", or "Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

MedAxis Global Consultancy acts as an official admissions facilitator and educational advisor guiding Indian students seeking admission to government-accredited medical universities in Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.

2. Student Eligibility & Mandatory NMC / NEET-UG Compliance

In strict compliance with the National Medical Commission (NMC) Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate (FMGL) Regulations, 2021, Indian citizens wishing to study medicine abroad and obtain a license to practice in India must fulfill all statutory criteria:

  • Mandatory NEET-UG Qualification: Qualifying the NEET-UG examination is mandatory prior to taking admission in any foreign medical institution if the student intends to appear for the FMGE/NExT licensing exam in India.
  • 10+2 Academic Threshold: Applicants must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) for General Category (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized board, and must be at least 17 years of age by December 31 of the admission year.
  • Authenticity of Documents: Students and parents are solely responsible for the genuineness and accuracy of all mark sheets, NEET scorecards, passports, and medical certificates submitted during the admission process. Submission of forged or altered documents will result in immediate cancellation of enrolment without refund.

3. University Admissions, Invitations & Visa Issuance

While MedAxis Global Consultancy maintains a near-100% admission and visa track record for eligible candidates through meticulous documentation:

  • Final admission approval, entrance interview clearance, and issuance of official Ministry Invitation Letters remain at the sovereign discretion of the respective foreign medical university and host country ministries.
  • Student visa approval, processing timelines, and border entry permissions are governed exclusively by the respective foreign embassy/consulate and immigration authorities.
  • Students must adhere strictly to embassy deadlines, medical checkup requirements, and interview schedules communicated by our admissions desk.

4. Fee Structure, Exchange Rates & Refund Policy

All university tuition, hostel, and living cost figures published on our website (including our country comparison pages and FAQs) are indicative estimates converted to Indian Rupees (INR) based on prevailing foreign exchange rates (USD/RUB/GEL/KZT).

  • Actual tuition and hostel fees are payable directly as per the official fee schedule issued by the respective university in the academic year of admission.
  • MedAxis consultancy and documentation service fees are governed by the written Service Agreement signed by the student and parent/guardian at the time of registration.
  • Third-party statutory charges—such as embassy visa fees, Ministry of External Affairs apostille charges, document translation costs, and airline ticket cancellation penalties—are non-refundable once incurred.

5. Student Conduct & Academic Compliance Overseas

Once admitted to a foreign university, students are subject to the academic attendance rules, examination standards, hostel regulations, and national laws of the host country. MedAxis Global Consultancy is not liable for academic expulsion, visa revocation, or disciplinary action resulting from a student's failure to maintain minimum attendance, academic progression, or lawful conduct abroad.

6. Intellectual Property & Informational Disclaimer

All text, university guides, graphics, logos, and structured tools on medaxisglobalconsultancy.com are the intellectual property of MedAxis Global Consultancy. While we strive to keep all university fees and NMC regulatory summaries accurate and up to date, applicants are advised to verify current notifications with our senior counsellors and official NMC circulars prior to submitting formal applications.
